以高举团旗跟党走，创先争优做先锋为主题，在基层工商所、分局注册大厅中深入开展争组织旗、服务旗、维权旗和作风旗活动，在广大团员中深入开展我是团员我争先活动，充分发挥先进典型的示范引导作用，号召带动各行各业团员青年立足本职岗位创先争优，推进共青团工作纵比创优增效、横比进位争先。
3.组织参观团中央机关旧址
分局团总支将带领广大团员青年参观位于_区_中路_弄中国共产主义青年团的前身中国社会主义青年团中央机关旧址纪念馆参观，追忆共青团历史，缅怀革命先烈。共青团中央机关旧址是一幢砖木结构的老式石库门房子，原是上海共产主义小组的活动场所。现在，这里已被国务院列为全国重点文物保护单位。建成后的旧址纪念馆，包括序厅、中国青年英模展厅、上海青年运动史展厅、渔阳里团中央机关旧址历史展厅、以及团中央机关旧址五个部分。
4.召开专题座谈会，全面弘扬五四精神

我认识到中国共产主义青年团是青年群众的先进组织，是中国共产党的好助手和后备军，是一个有纪律的组织。
1919年爆发的五四运动，是一场彻底反帝反封建的伟大爱国革命运动。由于这场运动是以一批先进青年知识分子为先锋，因此，五四运动也是一场伟大的青年运动，为中国共产党和中国共青团的建立作了思想上和组织上的准备，开辟了中国青年运动的新纪元。五四爱国运动标志着中国青年群体首次登上社会历史舞台。
1921年7月，中国共产党召开了第一次全国代表大会，宣告正式成立。党的“一大”研究了在各地建立和发展社会主义青年团作为党的预备学校问题，决定了吸收优秀团员入党的办法。“一大”后，中央和各地党组织派了大批党员去开展团的工作。
1922年5月5日至5月10日，中国社会主义青年团第一次全国代表大会在广州东园隆重举行。出席大会的有来自上海、长沙、武昌、南京、唐山、天津、保定、杭州等15个地方团的25名代表。
参加会议的还有全国劳动大会代表和来宾，共1500余人。会议选择5月5日马克思诞辰103周年纪念日召开，表明中国社会主义青年团是信仰马克思主义的革命组织。
中国社会主义青年团第一次全国代表大会的召开，使中国社会主义青年团实现了思想上、组织上的完全统一，成为在政治纲领和奋斗目标上与中国共产党保持一致的全国性的先进青年组织。由此，中国青年团组织正式诞生了，这是中国青年运动发展的一个里程碑。

90年前的五月四日，一批热血青年在中华民族生死存亡的紧要关头，担起了民族救亡的重任，谱写了可歌可泣的历史篇章。弹指一挥间，90年过去了，昔日饱受屈辱的中华民族，曾经满目疮痍的华夏大地，已经凭借改革开放的伟大成就，傲然屹立于世界民族之林。“江山待有人才出，各领风骚数百年”。生长在和平时期的我们，当以何种姿态演绎历史赋予的使命?当以何种作为书写无憾无悔的人生?当以何种风貌展现平凡岗位的恢宏?作为一名信合人，我给出的答案是：传承五四精神，在传承中解放思想、与时俱进;争当岗位先锋，在争先中创新创业、再铸辉煌!
争当岗位先锋，就是要深怀敬业之心，树立爱岗之德。敬业爱岗是工作的动力和源泉。xx年前，当我带着对事业的追求和向往迈进信合大门时，我曾深感自豪。这自豪来自一位“老信合”--我的母亲。母亲的言传身教，不仅让我懂得了做人的道理，更让我了解了信合，爱上了信合。我要弘扬“诚信、和谐、敬业、有为”的信合精神，让“老信合”的生命延续。在这xx年中，我先后担任过储蓄记账员、大库出纳员、复核员、联行交换员、信贷员、会计记账员，但无论岗位怎样变换、形势怎样变化，我的身边总有一个勤奋敬业的群体，在平凡的岗位辛勤耕耘，默默奉献。正是这种令人感动的平凡，换来了接踵而来的成功与喜悦：我们率先获得央行专项票据的兑付资金，全面实施了贷款五级分类工作;顺利实现了综合业务网络系统上线运行，与广东、湖北等17个省成功联网，实现全国农信银系统“汇通全国”;支票影像交换系统顺利开通，大小额支付系统优化升级顺利完成;各类代理业务不断增多，服务地方发展的能力显著增强。正是这些令人欣慰的成绩，让爱岗者有了“为”，让敬业者有了 “位”，让所有工作在平凡岗位上的员工倍增了动力，坚定了信心。
争当岗位先锋，就是要牢记工作之本，恪尽服务之责。“社兴我荣，社衰我耻”。在各大商业银行压缩县以下机构、上收贷款审批权，国家加大对“三农”及中小企业扶持力度的新形势下，信用社面临着新一轮发展机遇。抓住机遇靠什么? 很重要的一条就是靠服务。服务就是效益，就是生产力、就是战斗力、就是竞争力。记得有一次，一位中年妇女拿一张非我社的存单，她说由于存款的储蓄所已搬迁，想通过我们了解储蓄所搬到什么地方去了，我们营业室的白姐不但热情得告诉她储蓄所的位置后，还决定送她到那家储蓄所，中年妇女非常感动，不但把到期的钱存到我社，还说，“今后有业务就到这办，有钱就到你们信用社存。” 如今她在我社的存款已达到40多万元。这样的例子经常可见。目前，不让差错在自己身上发生，不让客户在自己这里受到冷落，不让单位形象因自己言行不当而蒙尘，不让集体利益因自己失误而受损，已经成为××全体信合人的服务准则。一分耕耘，一分收获。在联社领导和全体职工的努力下，××信合既实现了自身的大发展，又促进了地方经济的快发展，我社重点扶持的耐力木业已成为千万元纳税大户，××农民人均纯收入全省领先。
争当岗位先锋，就是要勤修业务之道，打造精干之师。实践证明，一个人如果没有一身过硬的本领，就会被社会所淘汰;一个单位如果没有一支过硬的队伍，就会被竞争所淘汰。信合就是一所学校，就是一本书，在这所学校会学到怎么去做人，怎样去工作、生活。在信合这本书里会读到什么是奉献，什么是成功。作为新时期的信合职工，特别是青年职工，加快提升业务能力是当务之急。怎样才能提升能力?就是四个字：“勤学苦练”。要以全党全国开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动为契机，坚持理论与实际相结合、学习与实践相结合，夯实理论基础，提升工作技能，争当业务标兵，学有所获，获有所用，用有所成。

三、活动安排
1、举行一场诗歌朗诵会。(4月中旬)
各团支部结合本单位工作实际，可举行一场诗歌朗诵会，组织团员青年创作、朗诵优秀诗歌，将团员青年的思想政治教育寓于生动活泼的艺术形式中，通过诗歌朗诵比赛，进一步激发团员青年的昂扬斗志，进一步坚定团员青年永远跟着党走的理想信念。对于比赛成绩优异者，进行相应的物质奖励。
2、观看一部反映优秀共产党员典型事迹的电教片。(4月下旬)
在解放战争时其及和平建设时期，我党无数优秀共产党员为了民族解放和国家富强在平凡的岗位上无私奉献。各支部组织团员青年观看一部反映优秀共产党员崇高品格的电影，教育团员青年，引导广大团员青年为山推机械的发展贡献力量。
3、组织一场体育竞技活动(4月下旬)
为增强公司凝聚力，营造一个积极、健康工作环境。进一步推动公司企业文化建设，形成良好的企业向心力和凝聚力。
(1)5分钟跳绳
方法：每队6人，2位摇绳，4位跳绳，必须按顺序依次跳(每人记一次)，相邻的人可同时跳，并记相应的次数。5分钟内以跳过的人次计算(未跳过者不计)，跳过人次多者为胜。如次数相同，则加时2分钟，以最后成绩多者为最后胜利者。
(2)运球投篮接力(4男4女);
方法：两队在同一篮球场比赛，各站球场一端底线(篮球架右侧底线)，待听到开始口令后，本方第一名持球队员快速向前运球至对面篮下投篮，投进后方能运球返回，交到同伴手中继续，直至本方队员进行完毕，各队按时间长短来判决成绩，用时短者为胜;
规则：1. 比赛中不能传球、滚球、抱球跑;
2.每名队员只能在底线外接到同伴递来的球后方可进场运球。
(3)1分钟投篮
方法：在指定地点自投自抢，如此反复，在30秒内投中多者为胜
规则：投篮时不能越过指定投篮区。
(4)背靠背夹球跑
1.场地器材：15米直道，折返标志物，排球(或篮球)
2.规则：参赛者背靠背并用背夹紧排球站在起跑先后，听到口令后两人同时侧身向前进，到15米折返处，两人绕过标志物继续返回。若中途球落地，必须在球落地处将球夹好继续比赛，否则为犯规，取消比赛成绩。
3.成绩：以所用时间排列名次，时间短者排在前面。

今天，我们纪念五四运动，就是要继承五四光荣传统，高举爱国主义旗帜，发扬创新精神。罗田理工中专是一所充满活力、年富力强、前景美好的学校。学校优良的校风正在逐步形成，我们的老师认认真真教书，扎扎实实治学，我们的同学热爱学校、尊敬师长、刻苦学习。当然，学校的发展有赖我们全体师生的共同努力。我在这里借用梁启超先生的话来表达我对全体同学的厚望：“少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强，少年独立则国独立，少年自由则国自由，少年进步则国进步。”

大家好!今天是五月四日是五四运动91周年纪念日。
1920xx年4月底，中国人民眼巴巴企望的巴黎和会并未带来预想中的 公理 ，郁积已久的亡国之忧、救国之情骤然化作海啸山鸣的五四运动，青年知识分子和青年学生成为洪流中的先锋。
这是我们第一次打破一切的干涉压制的政治活动。从对外来说，全国一致的不许签字对日本让步的和约，并引起美国国会的不批准和约，以至于最后日本不能不将青岛与胶济路退还于我们。对内呢，全国学生有了一致的联合，青年学子们打破了一切官厅教职员的尊严，文字上与思想上都得到了解放，而文学革命思想革命的潮流，也排山倒海的跟着来了。
在五四运动中，爱国主义是最深厚的精神底蕴。90年前 外争国权，内惩国贼 的怒吼已然淡去，但 振兴中华 的青春壮歌却一脉相传，回响不绝。
90年来， 爱国、进步、科学、民主 ，薪火相传，历久弥新，将五四铸成一枚徽章，戴在所有挺立时代潮头的中国青年胸前。
我们纪念五四运动，目的在于弘扬五四精神，肩负历史使命，就是要树立理想，立志报国;要勤奋学习，勇于实践;要在实践中锻炼品格，磨练意志，在学习文化知识的同时学习做人;要守时守信，做文明的公民;既有理想，又要着眼于现实，从身边事、力所能及的事做起;要勇于奉献，尽管在知识经济时代，我们不再需要为追求光明和自由而抛头颅，洒热血，但 我为人人 的奉献精神，仍应得到弘扬。

不忘初心，砥砺奋进，做无愧于组织的人民公仆!不忘初心，砥砺奋进，做无愧于共产党员光荣称号的人民勤务员!最近，“不忘初心，砥砺奋进”在各级党务政务会议上迅速蹿红，被频频引用。
其实，不忘初心并非共产党人的专利，每个人都有埋藏在自我内心深处的那份初心。
初心是人之初的性本善。初心是青年时代的“挥斥方遒，粪土当年万户侯”，初心是参加工作，初入职场对第一份工作的那份热爱和职责……
从表面看，每个人的初心千差万别，但每个人初心的本质都惊人相似：那就是进取向上，崇尚真善美，都是富于强烈的使命感和职责感的。
一位伦理学家说过：人的初心与人的的世界观、人生观、价值观同期构成，是人性里最善良，最本真和最进取向上，生机勃发的那一面。初心纯洁、热烈、完美，她是人生起点的希冀与梦想，她是事业开端的承诺与信念;她是迷途困境中的职责与担当，她是铅华尽染时的恪守与坚持……
正如前面所述，初心虽然完美而崇高，但能否终其一生坚持践行，是高尚与低俗，成功与失败，杰出与平庸的分水岭。
大乘佛教要典《华严经》中有一句话叫：“不忘初心，方得始终。”意思是说任何人做事情，只要始终如一的坚持当初的信念，并坚持付诸努力，最终就必须能获得成功。
我们中国共产党人建党初期，一穷二白。但他们始终把实现共产主义，解救人民大众于水深火热之中，作为自我的初心和出发点，从南湖一叶扁舟出发，艰难困苦，玉汝于成。最终取得了中国革命和建设的一个又一个胜利。在实现中华民族伟大复兴的征程中谱写了一曲又一曲的时代最强音!
历史是一面镜子。反观历史的反面，历朝历代的失败者、没落者无一例外都是忘记，甚至完全背离当初或者青年时期以往立下得那份铮铮初心，追求享乐和个人至上，甚至放弃人生梦想，最终在历史的长河中消失殆尽。
一个执政党，一个国家管理者需要如此。一个人尤其是青年人同样需要如此。
春秋末期，越王勾践战败后，不忘初心，卧薪尝胆，最终战胜吴国荣登一代霸主。这一精神，当仁不让被写进了“不惧失败和屈辱，敢于拼搏”的中华民族精神宝库。科学家钱学森青年时期，虽然身在美国，但时刻不忘回报祖国的初心。1955年，他克服重重阻挠，最终回到祖国，献身国防事业，为我国“两弹一星”成功发射做出了卓越贡献。周恩来青年时期就坚持“为中华之崛起而读书”的拳拳初心，从一名出国留学生出发，始终站在革命和时代的前列，鞠躬尽瘁，最终实现了救国救民，为人民服务的崇高人生梦想。
我们设计院就有这样一群不忘初心，砥砺奋进的年轻人，他们血气方刚，青春激昂，出外业搞测量，再恶劣的天气，他们没有畏难过，再艰险的路途，他们没有退缩过。做内业设计，再难得技术难题，他们没有吓倒过，再紧的工期，再大的工作量，他们没有拖延过。这一切的一切，都是因为他们们没有忘记青年时代曾今立下的那份初心。都是因为他们时刻坚守初入职场时默默立下的那份誓言。
20__年夏天，设计一室出外业崴了脚的李佩辉，没有选择在家休养，而是坚持每一天一崴一崴地到工地指导测量，由于他熟悉路线、地形，加之业务熟练，50公里的初测和放线工作比预计提前了一周顺利完成。用实际行动诠释了不忘初心，爱岗敬业的创业主题。用热血和活力奏响了不忘初心，砥砺奋进的时代主旋律!
其实，作为设计院的一份分子，只要我们初心不改，坚持做本真的自我，那么我们的生命就会因为我们的坚持变的完美而有意义;只要我们初心不改，那么我们的国家就会因为每一个人献出的那一点点温暖，而变得更加有凝聚力;只要我们初心不改，那么我们的企业，就会因为每一个人多承担的那一份可能微不足道的职责，而变得更加充满期望和力量。
人民有信仰，国家才有力量。党员的初心，是对党的坚定信仰和郑重承诺。对于我们新时代的青年来说，初心就是扎根工作一线，在平凡的工作岗位上，燃烧青春活力，抒写华彩人生。最终成就一番事业。
一位哲学家说过：初心是起点时心怀的承诺与信念，是困境中履行的职责与担当，是内心深处最真挚的情感和孜孜不倦的追求。
做一名合格公路设计人员，同样需要始终如一践行以往的那份初心。从今日做起，从眼前做起，从小事做起，永远坚持那份初心，在平凡的工作岗位上，砥砺前行，拼搏奉献。
不忘初心，就是让我们大家不要忘记我们出发时的梦想信念。既然选择了公路设计这个职业，就应当让自我爱上这份工作，挑起肩上的重担，担负起应有的职责，以实际行动释放出应有的活力和活力，这才是我们年轻人应有的果敢和担当。让我们坚定信念，坚守选择，耐得住寂寞，守得住清贫，沉淀了心境钻研技术高峰，时刻走在公路设计技术的前列，时刻走在公路设计新时代的前列!

青春是迷人的。很多人在青春年华里就谱写出了辉煌灿烂的人生。宋朝的辛弃疾年仅21岁，就领兵抗金，“金戈铁马，气吞万里如虎”;鲁迅先生也是21岁东渡日本，立下了“我以我血荐轩辕”的豪迈誓言;我们敬爱的周总理19岁就写下了气壮山河的诗句“大江歌罢掉头东”，决心把青春献给祖国解放事业……他们是华夏的铁骨精魂，是永久不落的星辰;他们是挺立潮头的英雄，是无数人心中的楷模!
