i dream that one day, more and more people will take part in the public service activities and try their best to help the poor students. because we are a big family, only when we do it, our society will be much more harmony.
i dream that one day, the government will take measures to strengthen the investment on education. of course, it is a long process to achieve the goal -fair education. whatever the government is the most important roles in the progress, just like bridge between starting and destination.

It is my pleasure to stand there to share my topic with you. Today , I ’d like to talk about the civilization in campus.
Several days ago, I read a post on weibo which sparked many discussions-----
A sanitation worker complained on weibo that it is much more difficult to serve college students than pupils. What makes more miserable is that their wages would be cut 20 yuan if there is some litter left inspected by the authority. After reading this, I felt shocked and wondered whether our college students acquire more knowledge but less virtue?
Absolutely , we are gaining the knowledge and the ability to equip ourselves, however, the lack of self-discipline is widespread among us. To improve good morality, we should not eat on class, make noises in library, leave litter on seat and so on.
Everyone can not be indifferent to these uncivilized behaviors. Because ‘What goes around comes around’, A little effort on being civilized enable you to gain great rewards ,which is that you can earn
more respect and become popular.
I encourage that to create a civilization campus is our responsibilities, and take actions now.

I am here with students at Wakefield High School in Arlington, Virginia. And we’ve got students tuning in from all across America, from kindergarten through 12th grade. And I am just so glad that all could join us today. And I want to thank Wakefield for being such an outstanding host. Give yourselves a big round of applause. (Applause.)I know that for many of you, today is the first day of school. And for those of you in kindergarten, or starting middle or high school, it’s your first day in a new school, so it’s understandable if you’re a little nervous. I imagine there are some seniors out there who are feeling pretty good right now -- (applause) -- with just one more year to go. And no matter what grade you’re in, some of you are probably wishing it were still summer and you could’ve stayed in bed just a little bit longer this morning.I know that feeling. When I was young, my family lived overseas. I lived in Indonesia for a few years. And my mother, she didn’t have the money to send me where all the American kids went to school, but she thought it was important for me to keep up with an American education. So she decided to teach me extra lessons herself, Monday through Friday. But because she had to go to work, the only time she could do it was at 4:30 in the , as you might imagine, I wasn’t too happy about getting up that early. And a lot of times, I’d fall asleep right there at the kitchen table. But whenever I’d complain, my mother would just give me one of those looks and she’d say, “This is no picnic for me either, buster.” (Laughter.)So I know that some of you are still adjusting to being back at school. But I’m here today because I have something important to discuss with you. I’m here because I want to talk with you about your education and what’s expected of all of you in this new school at the end of the day, we can have the most dedicated teachers, the most supportive parents, the best schools in the world -- and none of it will make a difference, none of it will matter unless all of you fulfill your responsibilities, unless you show up to those schools, unless you pay attention to those teachers, unless you listen to your parents and grandparents and other adults and put in the hard work it takes to succeed. That’s what I want to focus on today: the responsibility each of you has for your education.I want to start with the responsibility you have to yourself. Every single one of you has something that you’re good at. Every single one of you has something to offer. And you have a responsibility to yourself to discover what that is. It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself.
Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development. But I do not think that this argument is valid. After all, what is the point of economic growth if people's lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution?
There is plenty of evidence to show that sustainable development can be achieved by balancing economic growth with protection of the environment. The key to achieving this is to make people aware of the seriousness of the problem. Both governments and ordinary citizens should join hands to make this world a better place to live in, not only for ourselves, but also for future generations.

why are we not successful?
why are we not rich?
why are we not happy?
then, we need to ask how.
how to be successful?
how to be rich?
how to be happy?
with the questions, we figure out the answers. one of the dominating techqniue to be successful is first start from yourself. believe in yourself. if you don't believe in what you can do, then who else?
if you don't care about yourself, then who else? trust your feelings, believe that you can do it. and as long as you hold that thought, nothing, nothing can stop you.
the successful future right ahead of you are led by a pathway called belief.
