Today I am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. What is success? It is what everyone is longing times success would be rather simple. Winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now I am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.
However, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. Is fortune success? Is fame success? Is high social status success? No, I don’t think so. I believe success is the realization of people’ s hopes and days, in the modern society there are many people who are regarded as the successful. And the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. So most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. But the problem is wether it is real success. We all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. If we keep chasing them, where is the end? What will satisfy us at last? Therefore, we can see, to get the real Success we must need something inside, which is the realization of people’ hopes and ideals.
Different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. But I am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. These are the best treasures. So now I am very proud that I have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. It is my success, cause I raise up to challenge my hope.
What is success? Everyone has his own interpretation as I do. But I am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. So ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!

this morning, in a discussion of the evidence, we were told that the evidence which purports to support the allegations of misuse of the cia by the president is thin. we're told that that evidence is insufficient. what that recital of the evidence this morning did not include is what the president did know on june the 23rd, 1972.

at this point, i would like to juxtapose a few of the impeachment criteria with some of the actions the president has engaged in. impeachment criteria: james madison, from the virginia ratification convention. "if the president be connected in any suspicious manner with any person and there be grounds to believe that he will shelter him, he may be impeached."

I have a dream today.

Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changing world seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.
However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.
Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.

folks, it's long past time to cut the middle class back into the deal, so they can benefit from the economic growth they helped create. folks, there used to be a bargain in this country supported by democrats6 and republicans, business and labor7. the bargain was simple. if an employee contributed to the growth and profitability of the company, they got to share in the profits and the benefits as well. that's what built the middle class. it's time to restore the bargain, to deal the middle class back in. because, folks, when the middle class does well, everybody does well-the wealthy get wealthier and the poor have a way up.
you know, the middle class is not a number. it's a value set. it means being able to own your home; raise your children in a safe neighborhood; send them to a good school where if they do well they can qualify to go to college and if they get accepted you'd be able to find a way to be able to send them to college. and in the meantime, if your parents need help, being able to take care of them, and hope to put aside enough money so that your children will not have to take care of you.

每天清晨，我被那讨厌的闹钟叫醒，在晨曦中奔跑，一圈又一圈;每天傍晚，我在学校操场上像时钟的钟摆一样，重复着同一个动作，一圈又一圈。练习了一段时间后，我的耐力上来了，不像一开始那么气喘吁吁了，脚步也变得轻快有力了。在和队友们的比拼中，我的100米冲刺成绩也不落下风。可接下来遇到的问题，却令我始料未及，大伤脑筋。
大家知道，4X100米接力是一个团体项目，不是4名队员100米成绩好，你就一定能取得好成绩，更重要的是做到配合默契。配合默契就是交接棒顺利，在最短的时间完成交接棒。在和队友合练时，无论是交棒还是接棒，我都是最差的，不是跑出交接棒区，就是致命的掉棒。更关键的是，训练了几天，我却没有一点长进。我分明看到了队友们眼中抱怨的目光，我想到了放弃。一连几天，运动场上没有了我奔跑的身影，我的情绪低落到了极点，我的生活也变得暗淡无光。可妈妈的一句话“爱拼才会赢”使我重拾信心。在家里，我看着田径大赛录像用短擀面杖和爸爸尝试着交接棒，调整自己的步伐节奏，体会着交接棒的技术细节，不断增强自己的信心。在学校，我在队友们质疑的目光中，踏上了跑道，接棒、交棒一气呵成，毫不拖泥带水，大家向我投来赞许的目光。
比赛当天，我跑最后一棒。当看到第三棒队友向我跑来时，我紧张得全身都要僵硬了，我长吐一口气，拼了!我摆好冲刺的姿势，回忆交接棒的细节。当接力棒打在我向后伸出的右手掌时，我的激情和动力被完全调动起来了，我就像一只脱缰的野马，奋力向前冲去，耳边风声呼呼，第一个冲过终点。
在同学们的欢呼声中，我躺在终点线上，享受着拼搏带来的成功喜悦，浮想起了那一个多月来一天天拼搏的美好的时光。

蚂蚁，是众所周知的大力士!但是由于它自身太小，所以难以搬到了自己嘴边的美食了。但令人感到大吃一惊的是——蚂蚁具有团结的力量。
以前我很讨厌蚂蚁，因为它总是偷吃我家最美味的东西。可是，在我6岁那年发生了变化……
那天早晨，我肚子饿了便跑到厨房拿了一块蛋糕，津津有味的品尝起来。这时，我发现一只蚂蚁悄悄爬到我不小心掉得一粒蛋糕上，便迫不及待的去搬，可惜没成功，爬走了。我得意洋洋得想：以你的本事能搬起这粒蛋糕，除非太阳从西边出来。
本以为蚂蚁知难而退了，可是令我出乎意料的是，那只蚂蚁领来了五六只伙伴呢!它们一边爬一边商量该怎样搬动这粒食物。不过几分钟，它们开始忙碌起来——有的蹲在蛋糕底下，有的爬到蛋糕上面。注视着这有趣的场面，我的兴趣越来越浓了。这时一个奇异的现象发生了，队伍突然停了，原来食物太重了，“队长”派“小兵”去搬“救兵”了。果然“救兵”来了，它们抬着食物往洞里运，在途中，它们累精疲力尽，但为了得到这顿美食，便勇往直前。最终，这支“运粮大军”浩浩荡荡的满载而归了。
真是一场激烈的搬运活动呀!小小的蚂蚁竟有如此的团结精神。在生活中，人人都认为卖艺的力气很小，要想搬一粒东西比登天还难。今天，我目睹了这一切之告，我才领略到蚂蚁的力量是无法抵挡的。是它们那团结一致的精神战胜了困难。如果我们人类也能像蚂蚁那样勇往直前，团结一致，那还有什么困难不能克服呢?

我不能说生命是什么，我只能说它像什么。生命像一面镜子，我们若是对他皱眉，他只会回我们以皱眉，我们若是对他微笑，他同样会回我们以微笑。许多人在为生命而奋斗时，往往会遇到很多的困难，要是能以乐观向上的精神去对待他，他会变的更加精彩，更加绚丽多姿。
生命像一缕温暖的阳光，在寒冷的冬天给予我们温暖，为我们提供前进的力量。在饥寒交迫给予我们慰藉，满足我们心灵的祈求。在遇到艰难险阻时给予我们希望，鼓舞我们努力奋斗。然而，这需要我们有坚强的意志去对待生命，对待生命中的每一件事。
其实，生命也像一场春雨，重要的不在于大小，而在于及时。生命是一个进取、斗争的过程，我们应该学会去享受生命中的痛苦和快乐。在痛苦中感悟生命，认识生命。在生命的快乐中体验生活的美好，认识生命的本质，懂得应对生命持有的态度。

《孝心不能等待》这本书虽然我没有从头读到尾，但是我有很认真的节选了一两部分来阅读，并且也从网上查阅了一些有关这本书的介绍，这本书分为三部分，是由89篇以日记的形式组成的纪实性图书，书中记录了作者母亲去世前25天悉心守护。
读完这本书之后，让我心潮澎湃，诸多感怀;深深地被书中所流露出的作者对母亲的无私的爱所感动。人世间的感情有很多种，唯有父母的爱是最纯洁最无私最永恒，是不计一切代价的。父母常说“我们不需要你们养老，我们自己都有退休金可以自己照顾自己，你们只要能照顾好自己就行。”我感觉现在我们这一代的父母和上一代的父母还是有很多观念是不一样，以前人的思想是养儿防老，可是现在我们这一代的父母几乎很少有这种想法，他们考虑更多的是如何能多给子女留下点什么，让他们能少奋斗几年，不用那么辛苦，他们考虑更多的是我们。
相信每个人读到这本书的时候，都会联想到自己的父母，都会有愧对父母的深深的自责，这当然也包括我自己，小时候的很多事，在记忆中已经变得模糊，却有那么几件事，在脑海里沉淀了下来，让我永远不能忘怀。记得我初中的一年暑假，爸爸带我去北京玩，爸爸平时最疼爱我，不管去哪儿出差都会找机会带上我，因此这次去北京也不例外。平时父母都非常节俭，但是这次去北京，只要有小孩参与的娱乐项目，爸爸一项也不会让我错过，小孩爱吃的零食，他都会买来让我尝尝，我感觉非常的开心和幸福。当时在火车上到中午吃饭的时候，当时我记得很清楚，爸爸给我泡了一碗泡面，然后他看着我把满满的一大碗泡面吃的精光，最后他拿起我吃剩下的泡面，喝了几口汤，当时我还嫌弃他说赶紧倒掉吧，几口汤还喝。后来每当想起这件事我都很惭愧，自己没舍得吃一碗面，一路上饿着肚子，而我吃的时候连让都没让爸爸一下，居然还嫌他丢人，太不孝了。
有时候我们经常把孝顺挂到嘴边，可是我们真正为父母做过什么，现在想想好像真没做过什么，现在还花着父母的钱，自己有时候真的感觉很是惭愧。中国人的表达都是属于含蓄的那种，我们很少会对自己的父母说“我爱你们”，很多感情都深埋于内心，可是放在心里谁会知道，“孝尽父母的事情永远不能等”有一些事情，当我们年轻的时候，无法懂得。当我们懂得的时候，已不再年轻。世上有些东西可以弥补，有些东西永无弥补。所以说一定要珍惜和父母在一起的时间，现在我们都在学校住校，离家远一点的同学一年也就回家一次，等到我们工作了之后就更没有时间回家了，所以说和父母在一起的时间没有多长，要好好珍惜和父母在一起的时间。有人说，亲人只有一次的缘分，应该好好珍惜相聚的时光，下辈子，无论爱与不爱，都不会再见……从你离开家上大学起直至步入职场，每年和父母在一起的时间就会越来越少，不要等到有一天父母离去的时候你猜恍然大悟，喊着爸爸妈妈对不起，那已经来不及了。
世界上不求回报的就是父母，我们一定要好好孝顺他们，百善孝当先。就像书中提醒的那样：“别忘了时间的残酷，别忘了人生的短暂，别忘了世上有永远无法报答的恩情，别忘了生命本身有不堪一击的脆弱;否则你将永远无法尽孝，因为孝心不能等待!”不要给自己留下太多的遗憾。

生活中，学习中，你做到诚信了吗？在我们的校园内，就拿我们班来说，也未曾不出现过一些不诚信的现象。在晚自习快结束的前几分钟，不免会看到一些同学问问题，抄袭作业的镜头；周一上交作业时，总有些同学的作业不是忘了做就是落家了，一拖再拖：黑板上的黑名单，某某某同学的名字，一直居榜首从这些小小的事情中，就能反映一个人的诚信。这个星期我们就要进行期中测试了，我们为什么要考试呢？首先，测试你对某门课的掌握程度；其次，测试你的学习技巧和记忆力；再者，评估老师的教学质量，但是我认为考试最重要的是测试你是否诚信！我们更应该努力复习，在考场上严守考场纪律，做一个讲诚信的人，靠自己真实的水平，真正的实力，交出一份合格的诚信答卷，去赢得属于真正自己的胜利。

父母为了给我们创造一个舒适的生活环境，那么辛苦，那么努力。为了能够让我们成为一个有用的人，他们付出的又何止是物质方面，还有金钱也买不来的心血和青春。我们认真思考一下，从我们刚刚出生那时算起，一直到成长为青春健康、勇敢坚强的青年，是谁一直在默默付出而且从不要求回报呢?是谁在我们偶尔生病的时候，看起来甚至比我们自己还要痛苦、着急呢?不用说，当然是我们最亲爱的父母。再静下心想想，我们能有今天幸福的生活，能有一个温馨的家，并且穿着得体，备受宠爱。除此之外，还能接受良好的教育，平日里空闲了，可以上网打游戏，或是去参加户外运动，嘴馋了可以出去大吃一顿，高兴了和朋友喝茶聊天。碰上节假日，还有机会去各地旅游放松心情，充分享受物质生活的舒适和安逸。所有这一切，都离不开父母为我们创造的物质条件!可是，我们回想起父母为我们做这些事情的时候，发现他们竟然没有丝毫的抱怨!我们都有知道父母给予我们的是最博大、最无私的爱。他们倾其所有来培育我们，为了让我们生活得更好起早摸黑地奔波，丝毫不顾及自己的劳苦和艰辛。细细思量，我们会发现生活中的点点滴滴，都凝聚着父母的辛劳和对我们的付出。仅仅用“博大”、“无私”这样的词汇已经形容不出这种恩情的深厚。而当大家还是不懂事的孩子的时候，总会把这些付出和爱当作是天经地义，那是因为父母从来都没有对我们要求什么，我们自己也不主动去了解和体谅父母的辛苦付出。现在，我们即将迈入成年人的行列，应该懂事了。成年，意味着一个开始承担起他的一份责任，这其中之一的责任就包括，要怀着一颗感恩之心去体谅父母，应该担当起照顾、孝敬父母的责任。一位年轻的女士曾这样意味深长地说：“一直想给爸妈最好的回报，而且这么多年我也一直在努力地做着。对于父母，我从来不会有半点儿保留。我就是再为他们付出十倍、百倍，也难抵上他们对自己养育之恩的十分之一、百分之一。
父母都是极其普通的人，也都是极其善良的人。他们尽管都很平几，但在儿女心里，他们永远都是伟大的。他们和他们那一代的很多人一样，年轻时为了工作、为了孩子奔波;年纪再大一些，儿女离家了，他们的父母身体也开始不好了，又需要他们照顾了;等到儿女工作，老人离开后，他们却都已是鬓白、疾病缠身了，每每想到这里，总是忍不住心酸得落泪……”所以我们应该懂去体味父母的辛劳，否则等到“子欲养而亲不待”的时候，就会追悔莫及，因为已经没有任何的机会了。我们应该体谅父母的辛苦，记住父母的恩情，要学珍惜父母的血汗钱和劳动成果。自然界的动物中，乌鸦有反哺之恩，羊有跪乳之德，动物们都知道父母的辛劳并会报答父母，何况是自称“最高等的动物”的人呢?

大家好!
为期两周的军训生活最后结束了，我们大一学生算是经受了一次严峻的考验，火热的洗礼。
这两周虽不敢说战绩辉煌，但真可谓收获不小。
__日是军训的最后一天。上午，大家依旧英姿勃勃地听从教官的指挥，认真地训练着。几天的训练，使大家变得皮肤黝黑，饭量大增。举手投足之间，分明流露出一种自信和坚毅。
军训是苦的。尤其痛苦的是站军姿，一站就是半个多小时，这期间动都不能动一下，稍微一动，就会被教官批评，甚至连累所有人再多站一会儿，开始所有人都抱怨，甚至诅咒。第一天站立军姿，就有人两腿发软，接下来，又陆续有人因不适而请假出列。然而看到大家都热汗涔涔地站在那儿纹丝不动，有几个人也稍作休息便迅速归队。
但此刻回过头再看看，才发现这正是一种意志品质的考验，我们如果连这个都坚持不下来，将来还怎样去应对更大的挑战换句话说，如果我们连这个都坚持下来了，我们将来不管遇到什么困难，不都能在一笑中解决吗。
然而苦中也有乐。训练的间隙，有的跟着教官学唱军歌，有的和歌而舞，还有的讲起了笑话，谈笑间，苦累灰飞烟灭……
军训的日子，让我真正体会到了做一个军人的艰辛，同时，我也明白了，一个人无论在怎样的境遇里都要有不怕艰难困苦的顽强意志和勇往直前的钢强毅力。我们坚信，大家凭着这样藐视困难，一往无前的精神，一定会在今后的工作中取得更好的成绩。

面对挫折，龚自珍看到落花满地，并没有触景伤怀，而是高声吟诵：“落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花”;苏轼看到暮春景象并没有伤悲，而是挥笔写下“枝上柳绵吹不少，天涯何处无芳草”的佳句;白居易回忆起江南美景，并没有因离开江南而悲叹不止，而是留给了后人“日出江花红胜花，春来江水绿如蓝”的优美诗句……他们都曾经官场失意，他们也都曾经失望徘徊，但是他们都明白“石灰石经千锤百炼才得以出山;彩虹经风雨的洗礼才会更加美丽;人们战胜挫折后才会更加坚强!”

读书，可以丰富自己的内涵。若非是“读书破万卷”，王勃怎会在宴会上即兴写下《滕王阁序》，写下“穷且益坚，不坠青云之志”的千古名句。读书百遍其义自见，有了满腹经纶，才能写出令人拍案叫绝的好文章。
数百年来，朝代更替，社会变迁，曹雪芹的旷世之作《红楼梦》却从未被人超越。他看到了盛世，也看到了衰败，写出了不同的人物不同的性格。《红楼梦》一书，处处莺莺燕燕，各有千秋，而这又是一部奇特的小说，我总觉得他透露的生命现象，即便在今天，也是一个梦想，这也是从读书中得到的。
读书所带给我的感觉，仿佛雨过天晴，太阳透过云霞，忽然透出万丈光芒。

其实，只要我们细心去观察、去发现，会看到我们身边有很多感动着我们的人。他们有学生，有老师，有父母……他们都在以不同的方式感动着我们。今天我就从中选取一位典型，与大家分享一下他的故事。
他是一位有着丰富教学经验的老教师，担任过村小教导主任职务，曾经长年担任毕业班语文教学和班主任工作，现在已经成功转型，成为我校科学学科的领头人，说到这里相信大家应该已经猜出他是谁，对了，他就是熊干才老师。从语文学科转轨到科学学科，站在新起点上，他知道其实要想上好科学课并不容易，科学学科不是所谓的“小儿科”，科学学科知识包罗万象，涉及到的知识面非常广，涵盖物理、化学、生物、地理等学科的基本常识。他没有在过去的成绩上停滞不前，而是高标准、严要求对待自己，在教学上他认真备课、认真上课，开动脑筋、钻研业务，虚心向其他老师请教，经常见到他在三楼办公室与李维忠校长、马军老师等讨论学生作业中的难题。他善于学习，总是抓住外出学习培训的机会不断充实自己，通过几年的积累，现在对科学学科教学应该已经是轻车熟路了，熊老师对科学学科的热情，也深深地影响了学生。利用课外时间，他和学生一起做实验，走近大自然，近两年，他辅导学生撰写的科学小论文和制作的科学小发明等频频获奖。此外，他自己撰写的科学教学设计荣获姜堰市小学科学设计二等奖。
他还能够出色地完成科学实验室管理员工作，能够协助熊剑文主任做好科学学科的相关工作。记得在去年创建教育现代化的时候，有一次，我们校务会成员利用双休日在校加班整理资料，学校没有通知他到校加班，但是他却一个人默默地来校录入科学实验室管理软件中的相关数据，作为一名老教师，电脑操作并没有年轻教师那么得心应手，完全靠的是持久战，靠充足的时间做保证。要不是我们去食堂吃饭时听见后教学楼上的声音上去查看，还真不知道怎么回事呢。
熊老师是位多面手，不仅写得一手好字，而且文学功底深厚。学校相关职能部门搞到活动时经常邀请他写标语，写奖状，做评委，出板报，这时他总是笑脸相迎。他还积极参与文学创作，已有多篇作品发表在姜堰文联的相关刊物上。还经常受邀去镇里参加相关文体活动。
说了这么多，相信大家对他应该有了更为深刻的了解了吧，一位即将离开教师工作岗位的老同志都能始终牢记“活到老，学到老”这样的古训，作为我们年轻教师有什么理由不“爱岗爱生，敬业精业”呢?请时刻牢记：永远不要做语言的巨人，行动的矮子，要付诸于实际行动。让我们借即将成立的叶甸中心小学青年教师专业成长俱乐部这一平台，助推自身的专业成长，也为学校添一份感动，添一份精彩吧!

兔年腾空而去，兔年悄然来到。每当新的一年来临，我们都会干一件事，那就是——回家过年。我们家当然也不例外，大年初二，我们便踏上了愉快的返乡之路。
上午十点多，我们带上行李，乘着车，向爷爷家——丽水进军。刚上了高速公路，我们就遇到了大堵车，好久才畅通，原来是有两辆车追尾了。开了一会儿，又慢了下来，这次时间可更长了，我在车里都有一种度日如年的感觉。好不容易开始动了，发现三辆车撞在了一起，真惨！我真想对他们说：朋友啊，大过年的，在路上慢慢开，不要急，本来回家过年这么一开开心心的事，因为你的着急而糟蹋了。
经过近四个小时的车程，我们终于到了丽水。
大约下午四点半多，我们来到爷爷家，在那里看看电视玩玩电脑，等所有人都到齐后，开始吃晚餐。哇！满满一桌子的菜，丰盛极了，让我口水直流。这芹菜脆脆的，那牛肉嫩嫩的……简直和饭馆里的一样好吃！大人们还喝爷爷家自做的酒，我喝了一小口，难喝死了！
吃完了饭，我们接着坐在沙发上看电视。同时我也收到了许多红包，1000元的、500元的、200元的……好高兴哦！
离开了，我们也就结束了这次返乡之旅，像来的时候那样，乘着车再次行驶在高速公路上……

理解，这行为又有得几个能做得到，家长们?朋友们?再或者老师们?或者，做的到是老师们，事实上，又有几个老师做的到呢?可能我目光短浅，并不是所有老师就是这样的，我是知道的，老师是对我们好的!
其实，我心里最想的就是家长的理解，每个孩子心里，理解自己的就是自己的家长，希望能与家长一起分担!作为一个孩子，我也明白家长不理解自己的痛苦，哑巴吃黄连，有苦说不出。
我还记得，早几年，我在外面玩的时候，被人冤枉了，说我弄了别人的东西，那时妈妈还骂我，骂我不乖!我眼眶都泪花闪闪了，好像就快流出来似的。事实并不是这样的，我在外面玩，在附近有个人在弄东西，那个人走开了一会儿，就有两个淘气鬼去弄那个人的东西，弄坏了，那两个淘气鬼当然就心虚了，马上开溜了。唉，我真当黑，淘气鬼走了，我刚路过那里，那人就回来了，看到我在旁边走过，同时也看到他的东西被弄坏了，就大声骂我了：“你这个小屁孩，弄坏我的东西，走，跟我去见你家长，气死我了!”我急得眼泪都流了。妈妈听了之后，对那人说了对不起，就开始责骂我了。我可真冤。
每次想到这，我都有点气，那东西又不是我弄的，就吃了“死猫”，不公平啊，不分青红皂白的，妈妈也是的。家长，为什么就不能好好地静下心来，想一想，和我们沟通沟通?难道理解一下我们真的很难吗?请你们理解，我渴望得到理解!

大家上午好，20__年的5月12日，下午2点28分，在我国四川省汶川县发生了一次特别重大的地震灾害。8级大地震，强度之大，波及面之广前所未有。地震到来之时，正是学校上课的时间，有近几十所中小学校在强大的地震瞬间倒塌、摧毁，许多学生和老师失去了生命。这是举国上下人民难忘的日子。因此__年3月2日，国家减灾委、民政部发布消息，经国务院批准，自__年起，每年5月12日为全国“防灾减灾日”。今年是第七个防震减灾日，主题是“科学减灾、依法应对”。今天利用课间操时间，再次对大家作一些警醒和提示：
我们要学习地震知识，不让生命死于无知!
学校避震：
1.如果正在上课，地震来了，同学们一定在要在老师的指挥下，迅速抱头，闭眼，赶快躲在自己的课桌旁边。
2.第一次震感过后，大概也就是在几十秒钟，还是在老师的指挥下迅速、有序的，抱头，撤离教室，在楼道里不要惊慌，不要喊叫，不要拥挤，避免踩伤，摔伤，有序从通道跑出教学楼，冲向操场或空旷地带。
3.如果正在操场上上体育课，可原地不动，蹲下或趴下，双手护着头部，注意避开高大建筑物。
4.应该强调的是千万不要跳楼!不要从窗台边上下去!不要尖叫，不要拥挤，迅速撤离教室、教学楼。
同时我们应该从每个行为细节中远离危险，做到：上下楼梯慢步轻声靠右行，课间在教室、校园内不打闹，不追逐;体育课上严守上课纪律，听从体育老师的话，不无故生事;做到小事找班干部，大事找老师解决;过马路走人行道，十字路口严格按照交通信号灯指示通过，坚决做到“宁停三分、不抢一秒”的原则，放学后或节假日不到危险的地带玩耍等等。
另外做到预防传染病的发生。首先我们要提高个人免疫力?做到：养成良好的个人卫生习惯：充足睡眠、勤于锻炼、减少压力、足够营养;注意个人卫生，经常使用肥皂和清水洗手。注意健康饮食、加强营养。
同学们!安全在于未然防范，让我们牢记安全重于泰山，树立安全的意识，时时想安全，处处讲安全，防震减灾、从我做起;居安思危、科学预防，我们就一定会创造出安全和谐的校园环境，我们的生命将会更加亮丽!

每个人都在这个世界上生活着，但不一样的是，每个人的生活方式不一样。有的人快富裕，有的人贫穷;有的人欢乐，有的人悲伤;有的人幸福，有的人悲惨。这些区别可能有自然因素，但我相信：更多的是人为因素。
大部分人出生，都不比别人少什么，说明起跑点是相同的，可是在人生这个宽阔的跑道，漫长的跑道上，有许多沟壑，许多坎坷。应对这些，有些人很松懈，但有些人却一向坚持着奋斗。所以，在终点取得成功的人总是坚持到最终，奋斗到最终的人。所以，显而易见，成功的关键在于我们是否能在这条人生跑道上，坚持奋斗下去，只要奋斗到最终，成功属于自我后，再多的挫折也只是以往，再糟的厄运也不再来临。
霍英东，香港的房地产业巨子。可谁又明白，霍英东先生的今日是由“价值七角钱”的苦力一步一步干起来的呢童年时的贫寒家境和成年以后的生活坎坷、煎熬，磨炼了霍英东的毅力，也培养了他自强不息、勇于进取、敢于拼搏的奋斗性格。第二次世界大战时期，日本人扩建机场，他去当苦力，日报酬是七角钱和半磅配给米。那时，他每一天只吃一碗粥和一块米糕，饿得头昏眼花。结束以后，霍英东投身于运输业，朝鲜战争爆发后，他又开展了航运业，生意十分兴隆。霍英东不满足于运输业已经取得的成就，又开始向房地产业进军，从此，房地产成了他致富的基础。
霍英东的事迹能够告诉我们，一切的外在因素都是次要的，重要的是自我是否有奋斗的意志，只要奋斗到底，终究会成功，命运自然会随着我们的成功而发生转变。
人的一生是靠自我的双手去创造的，完美的生活也需要自我去营造，命运也掌握在自我手里，每个人都是自我未来的主宰者。
