Figures are always my headache. I will be at sea and lose my thought when facing a large number of figures. Sometime they wander my mind, daze me and even mess up if I am not careful enough. But numbers or figures does matter in every aspect which even a slight mistake will make a big difference and bring into great trouble.

为期一个半月的实习主要是以推销“兴业通”刷卡机为主。这期间的实习收获总的来讲可以概括为以下三个方面：一是通过直接参与银行的运作过程，学到了实践知识，同时进一步加深了对理论知识的理解，使理论与实践知识都有所提高。二是提高了实际工作能力，为就业和将来的工作取得了一些宝贵的实践经验。三是一些学生在实习单位受到认可并促成就业。在外出推销刷卡机之前，我在____支行的员工办公室里先学习了半个月的兴业银行内部推出的基本员工守则和销售业务书籍。期间我在各位领导和老员工的指导和帮助与我自己的努力下，在半个月期间我基本都熟悉了银行的各项操作流程和员工应该注意的各项守则。
在兴业银行____分行____支行后半段的实习日子里我学会了从推销、签协议、整理资料、上交盖章、到最后装机的全过程。虽然我学的专业跟推销挂钩，但实际上这并不是件好差事。对于我这个没有丝毫实际工作经验又没有业务联系，且初出茅庐的人来说，推销一种商品确实很难。所以刚开始几天真的无从下手，只能银行的客户经理带着跑业务。几天下来的学习观察和老同事的分析我总结了一下：该银行的刷卡机主要是销往月交易额____0元以上的个体商户，而且推销最重要的就是要有耐心，要尊重客户。所以，起初的一个星期左右，我们的主要推销对象是番禺区这一块的茶叶批发市场。
有了明确的市场后，接下来的推销情况就全靠自己了。跟我搭档的是同事阿珍。离开了客户经理，我和我的搭档满怀自信和激情开始了推销的旅程。本以为推销会很难很麻烦，但是我们确实得到了“开门红”——推销的第一天我跟她的成绩排名第一。我是个不太乐观的人，这样一天下来感觉成功来得太快了，心里有了压力，怕以后的成绩还没第一天的好。一个星期下来番禺茶叶批发市场被我们小组都扫完了，成绩也都像第一天那么好，并得到了客户经理的表扬，突然觉得推销也不是那么难的事情。
同时，这一个星期的推销也让我明白了一个道理——机会是稍纵即逝的。那次我和我的搭档在茶叶批发城发现了一个从没被人发现的地下商场，虽然商户不是太多，但是至少是个新市场，就意味着有更多的潜力。事实也如我们所料，确实有很多商户同意安装我们的刷卡机，还有几家虽然没当场同意，但也流露出极大的兴趣并给了我们名片。当时不知是兴奋过度还是什么，等到第二天我们再去联系那些有意向的商户时发现他们都已经跟别的分行签了机子。当时就发现其实自己是个很不称职的推销员，我没有把握住机会，要是当时我再多跟那些商户谈谈，机会就是我的了。总之，“吃一堑，长一智”，这样的错误我不会再犯第二次。
接下来的几个星期任务就更加重了，因为客户经理不再给我们寻找市场，而是由我们自己开发市场。一切对于我这个非土生土长的____本地人来说就如同大海捞针。首先就必须对____有个整体的了解，还要知道商业集中区都有哪些、交通路线图。这对于已经熟练掌握推销技巧的我提出了又一个要求。于是针对这个问题，我先是跟那些对____商业圈很了解的同学沟通学习，同时还在网上翻找____黄页，在对____的各个区有了全面的了解后，我和我的搭档才开始开发市场，开始推销的第二个阶段。
真正的困难也开始出现了。我们在外面一跑就是一天，必须忍受所有疲惫、冷眼和拒绝，这使我的心理承受力有了很大提高，也开始明白天下不可能有免费的午餐。在推销过程中会碰到各种各样的情况，没有强大的随机应变能力是绝对不合格的。比如说面对青年或中年的客户，交流起来可能会方面简洁很多，但是面对稍微年老一点的客户就要耐心的介绍，因为不管怎样他们对于新事物不是不懂就是很排斥。当然，作为一名推销员也不能完全没有自尊和骨气，不能在客户面前表现得唯唯诺诺，那样只会适得其反，让客户认为你所代表的银行不好产品也不好。不管怎样，虽然不是正式员工，但也要时刻注意自己代表的是兴业银行在客户中的形象，在遵循客户就是上帝准则的同时，也不能失掉自己的尊严。
其实，越到最后，我觉得自己的热情就越少了，好在我们都是搭档推销，所以在推销过程中，一旦自己受挫情绪开始低落我都会跟我搭档沟通。两个人的力量总比一个人的强。这样两个互相鼓励和安慰，才完美的度过了这段实习期。从这里我也明白：不管做任何事情都需要有激情有活力和自信!特别是在推销过程中自信与热情都是必备的。
在这期间空闲的时间里，我发现银行每天都有很多金融、证券方面的杂志、期刊和报纸，于是，利用这个契机一有空闲的时间我就埋在这些资料中，从这里面我也学到了许多当前的金融状况，特别是美国的金融危机。由于我是要继续读研深造的，所以这些知识对我以后的学习也是有很大帮助的。
在实习的日子里，我像一个真正的员工去对待工作，感觉自己已经不是一个学生了，每天早上7点起床，然后像个真正的上班族一样上班。实习过程中遵守该行的各项制度，虚心向有经验的同时学习，一个月的实习使我懂得了很多以前不知道的东西，对兴业银行也有了更深的了解，通过了解也发现了该行在推广“兴业通”刷卡机方面存在的一些问题：(1)由于受市场影响的客观因素和主观努力不够，产品质量不够稳定，对于刷卡机的使用与客户沟通不够，使有些客户对兴业银行以及“兴业通”反馈不好，也直接导致推销工作陷入被动;(2)推销业务工作管理还不够完善，特别是在售后方面处理的不够完善和及时，对发展新客户造成不良影响;(3)承诺不能兑现，在客户面前失去信任，比如说好每月刷卡满日均三万可以送50元的手机充值卡，却迟迟不能兑现，还有说好能在十月底开通转帐的功能，也还是一场空。
同时从这次实习中，我也认识到了自己存在的一些优点和不足：优点是(1)发现自己在与人沟通方面有很大的潜力有待开发，特别是我对与人沟通方面的工作有极大的兴趣;(2)认为自己是一个能够吃苦耐劳的人，能从一天的辛苦工作中找到乐趣。不足之处有：(1)与真正的社会大家庭接触较少，缺乏足够的社会实践经验;(2)自信心不够充分，有时会产生打退堂鼓的念头。
以上是我的实习工作总结，实习是每一个大学生必须拥有的一段经历，通过这次的实习，我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，也是对这几年大学里所学知识的巩固与运用，同时也使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，也打开了视野，长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下了坚实的基础，实习是我们把学到的理论知识应用在实践中的一次尝试。最后衷心感谢兴业银行____分行____支行给我提供这次的实习机会，让我在实践中得到了成长与锻炼。

又是晴天，真好。昨天接到朋友们的短信，祝我中秋节快乐。其实一直以来，是我应该感谢他们，给我那么多的关心、信任和感动，让我总能乐观的生活着。而现在，有着温暖阳光的清晨，我用微笑迎接新的一天!
老大随丁总去贵州出差了，在出发前对我们的工作已经分配好了。由于黄金周是个高峰期，我们人事部在之前很长一段时间里已经把每个部门的人员编制填充好，到十一的时候就停止招聘工作，而分配另外的工作。所以，吃过早餐过后我们便各谋其职了。张哥到停车场指挥车辆，我和小李忙办公室的一些锁碎事。
