中餐礼仪

入席就坐

1.应等长者坐定后,方可入坐。

2.席上如有女士,应等女士坐定后,方可入座。如女士座位在隔邻,应招呼女士。

3.用餐后,须等男、女主人离席后,其他宾客方可离席。

4.坐姿要端正,与餐桌的距离保持得宜。

5.离席时,应帮助隔座长者或女士拖拉座椅。

就餐

1.入座后姿式端正,脚踏在本人座位下,不可任意伸直,手肘不得靠桌缘或将手放在邻座椅背上。

2.用餐时须温文而雅,从容安静,不能急躁。

3.在餐桌上不能只顾自己,也要关心别人,尤其要招呼两侧的女宾。

4.口内有食物,应避免说话。

5.自用餐具不可伸入公用餐盘夹取菜肴。

6.必须小口进食,不要大口地塞,食物未咽下,不能再塞入口。

7.取菜舀汤,应使用公筷公匙。

8.吃进口的东西,不能吐出来,如系滚烫的食物,可喝水或果汁冲凉。

9.送食物入口时,两肘应向内靠,不直向两旁张开,碰及邻座。

10.切忌用手指掏牙,应用牙签,并以手或手帕遮掩。

11.避免在餐桌上咳嗽、打喷嚏、呕气。万一不禁,应说声“对不起”。

12.在餐厅进餐,不能抢着付账,推拉争付,甚为不雅。未征得朋友同意,亦不宜代友付账。

西餐礼仪

餐巾摆放

餐巾不仅要摆在腿上,还应该注意将其对折,并将折痕靠近自己,中途暂时离席时应该将餐巾放在椅子或用刀叉压着餐巾一角任其垂下,绝对不要将其挂在椅背上或放回餐桌上。

刀叉

西餐的基本使用原则是左手拿叉,右手持刀或汤匙,若有两把以上,应有最外面的一把依次向内取用。刀叉的拿法是轻握尾端,食指按在刀柄上。让吃则用握笔的方式拿即可。如果感觉不方便,也可以换右手拿叉。

用餐

向自己的盘中取食物时,一定要用双手。不要只用一只叉子将食物叉到盘中了事,那是极不礼貌的。

汤很热也绝不可以用嘴吹气。舀第一匙的作用就是“探热”,一般不要舀太满。汤匙要由内向外舀,汤剩下不多时可以将汤盘轻轻向外倾斜。
