大家好！非常感谢xx学校能够给予我这样的一个机会让我来到这个地方作自我介绍，我叫，听起来是一个很女性化的名字，但是它却具有非常主要的意义。它除了能够说明我是出生于春天的清晨，更重要的是这个名字饱含了一个父亲对一个儿子的期望，寓意是一年之际在于春，一天之际在于晨。
不过很令我愧疚的是，我在很长的一段时间里面是愧对于我的父亲和我的名字，因为我无法用优异的成绩来回答我的父亲。但是我一直没有放弃过，我一直在努力，从初中一年级的差生到初三年级的尖子生，并出人意料地考入了淮阴县中学就是现在的淮州中学。
从进入高中时候的700多名到高三年级的300名，这些表现都在见证着我的努力和进步。在高中的生活中，我担任了班级里面的学习委员，我的诗歌《林中的黑影》荣获了征文大赛一等奖，并在《淮安日报》上发表，我想那是我在中学生活中，最开心和最骄傲的事情了。
在六年的生活中，从一个农村走出来的孩子，为他的生活，为他的理想而奋斗着，有成功有失败。在这个六年中，我知道了如果你认准一个目标，只要你坚持不懈，那么你一定会获得成功。即使没有雷雨之后没有彩虹，至少是一个好天气。
如果用“两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书”来形容我的中学生活的话，那么我想用一幅对联来形容我的大学生活，那就是“风声，雨声，读书声，声声入耳；家事国事，天下事，事事关心”来形容我的大学生活。

感谢市教科院组织这次培训、感谢这五位教师辛勤的劳动，为我们提供了学习的机会，让我们获益匪浅。我们打算，不仅自己在以后教学中向这五位教师好好学习，回去以后还要积极宣传号召大家更好的打造“三四五高效课堂”。
简单说一下我们的讨论结果：这五堂课精彩展示了“三四五高效课堂”的四种模式，向我们呈现了视听享受的大餐。我们感触最深的有两点：
一、每一堂课上，学生都是学习的主人，教师的引导巧妙而睿智，彰显了学生的主体地位和教师的主导作用;
二、每一堂课都以学生的自主、合作、探究为主要方式。
五堂课颇多共性，又各有自己的亮点：
在专题活动课《马的世界》中，贾xx老师精当简洁、充满智慧的课堂语言将各个教学环节巧妙衔接起来，过渡自然，令人叹服。
在阅读教学课《芦花荡》中，王xx老师将学法指导贯穿课堂始终，教学态度严谨扎实，给我们的教学以很好的启发。
于xx老师的专题复习课《怎样读懂古诗》，直面中考，从五个角度指导学生解读古诗，设计巧妙、内容很多、信息量大，流程清晰条理。
在《古诗鉴赏》专题复习课，处处可以看出陈学燕老师注重细节的特点：如陈老师给学生总结的九字口诀、讲到诗歌常用艺术手法时提醒学生做好笔记、每个教学环节的设计都是由浅入深学练结合。
就我们侯xx老师的作文评改课，我首先做一个说明：侯老师平时是用两节课的时间来完成整个教学过程的，昨天他压缩各个教学环节用一个小时的时间向我们做了一个展示，所以每个环节显得有些仓促，请老师们见谅。我们认为，侯老师的课体现了一个字：实。一是实在，不虚不空，踏踏实实的指导、发现问题随时记录、及时整理反馈;二是重实效，向学生展示13个评改要点，在自评、互评、共评的各个环节各有侧重的指导评改，教会学生评改方法;三是重实用，侯老师的这种课堂思路简单实用，易模仿好操作，便于我们学习。我想，侯老师的课给我们提供了这样一个思路：我们可不可以像侯老师这样，把评改方法教学生、把评改机会给学生、把评改课堂还学生，把我们自己从繁重的作文批改中解放出来!

大家下午好!
其实能再次站在这里讲话我感到很光荣也很自豪，同时也有丝丝不舍。还记得是三年前的这个时候，我站在这个讲台上发表我的竞选演讲，一晃三年过去了，院学生会这个大集体给了我们太多的历练，太多的成熟。
过去的三年中，院学生会创造出了不菲的成绩，这归功于院团委、学工处领导、老师不辞辛劳的关怀和勉励，更归功于学生会每一位成员的不懈努力。
看到新一届学生会朝气蓬勃的举办各类活动，我心中无比欣慰，青出于蓝更胜于蓝，在这里，我提几点希望：
第一，要戒骄戒躁，放下架子，抛弃光环，端正态度，着实为老师、同学服务。学生会每位成员作为一名高级学生干部代表的是学生会的整体形象，一言一行都要起到表率带头作用，对于同学任何形式的批评都要先找自身原因，提高自身素养，要做事先做人。
第二，处理好与分院、辅导员以及身边同学的关系。要想成为一名优秀的学生干部，必须经常与分院、辅导员以及身边同学沟通，分院是我们办好每一项活动的基础，多倾听辅导员以及身边同学对学生会以及自身的评价和好的建议，对我们这个团体以及自身发展都是有益的。
第三，处理好工作和学习的关系。锻炼自身能力固然重要，但扎实的文化知识在步入社会后的工作当中更为重要。
第四，要将学生会工作网络化。将学生会人员名单，各项工作进展情况等系统化，网络化，进一步完善学生会软件建设。
第五，不想当元帅的士兵不是好士兵，做任何工作就必须有野心。想做统帅就要扎实做好每一份工作，一步一个脚印，严格要求自我，不断积累成就感，努力完善自我。一个连横幅怎么挂都不知道学生会成员是永远也当不了统帅的。
学生会是服务广大同学的集体，是学生组成的团体，我们每一位学生分成员都是公仆，是志愿者。我们应该珍惜老师和同学们为我们提供的这一机会，“开弓没有回头箭”，胸怀为老师、同学服务、为院学生会的发展尽一份力的愿望，在院团委、学工处老师的正确指导和帮助下，在“严谨、求是、务实、创新”的院风鼓舞下，在广大同学的支持下，只要我们精诚团结、相互合作、彼此鼓励、倡导奉献，矢志不移的面对压力和挑战，我们终会成就一番事业，开创一片天地，但愿明年的今天，当我们把学生会发展的接力棒交给下一届的时候，我们会说：我们是成功的。

Research experience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with petri nets and Data Mining.

面对首次招标，我们失去的，薄弱的，不明白的，我们记住了。同时我们也发现了许多机会，比如明年的招标在某些医院专家的意见将会是能起到决定性的，这比做药剂科和院长的工作相对机会要多多了。并且这一类医院都是中型能上量的医院。

记得当年有个同学这么长叹一声：上了师范就等于上了贼船。还有人讥讽道：我宁愿上贼船也不愿上师范。是啊，我想，如果仅从功利角度讲，贼船烧杀抢掠，吃香喝辣，所到之处令人闻风丧胆。即便是栽了，臭名昭著，也算“潇洒走一回”了。而教师这一行呢，老话说，“家有半斗粮，不当孩子王”，为人师者的生活窘迫由来已久。吃得清淡，穿得素淡，出去办事遭人冷淡，就像蜡烛，一生半明半暗。充其量，只是一个破落的四处露风的却又载歌载舞的大篷车。其风光哪能与“贼船”相比?于是不少同行感慨，我是搭错车了。而窗外却变幻着扑朔迷离的现代风景，经商、大款、股票、汽车、别墅、日益膨胀的高消费……就像是一只只诱惑的手，拉扯人们易动的心。于是有许多人以各种各样的借口放弃了自己的专业，趁机跳槽了;于是还有一部分人“身在曹营心在汉”，工作敷衍了事，做一天和尚撞一天钟。他们认为，金钱薄待了他们，而他们因此薄待了学生，薄待了自己的事业。从此，校园不再平静，讲台不再圣洁。
但同时我们也应该看到，无论是过去，还是现在，抑或是将来，无论是物质贫乏的年代，还是物欲横流的岁月，仍然有数不尽的教师们无怨无悔，像春蚕、像蜡炬，用自己的青春和生命来捍卫这个职业的圣洁。也正是他们用自己的行动，用自己生命的痕迹激励着我们这些后来人，这些同行们。让我们由不情愿到情愿，由情愿到全身心地热爱这个工作。因为，生命的意义远不止于功利。“人吃饭是为了活着，但活着绝不是为了吃饭”。生活中许多微小中藏有博大，短暂中孕育永恒，而教育正是这样一种职业。
又是一年秋风劲，不是春光，又似春光。振兴民族的希望在教育，振兴教育的希望在教师。 “人才与国相始终，千古兴亡鉴青史。”教育是崇高的事业，需要我们去献身。

我的缺点是：我是一个游戏迷。到了双休日只要把作业做完，我就会迫不及待地打开电脑玩游戏，直到妈妈喊停，我才会依依不舍地离开电脑。为此我挨了不少批评。
但我也有优点：字写得非常漂亮，每次写字我得的都是“优”。
我喜欢画画，我总是能画出一些稀奇古怪的东西。我的“杰作”都有一抽屉了呢!
我最喜欢的是看书，尤其是《漫画世界》，每当拿到新一期的《漫画世界》我总是非常开心，爱不释手，总想一口气把它读完。每当看到精彩之处，我会开怀大笑，搞得坐在一旁的爸妈老是莫名其妙地看着我。
