下面，我将一年来的工作情况向各位领导和同志们作以简要汇报。
一、工作回顾
（一）加强机务管理工作
1、为了更好地搞好有限公司ISO9000质量体系认证工作，重点对公司机务管理过程中的原始资料、台帐、记录等进行更加准确细致的分类整理和完善，更大限度地为有限公司质量体系认证达标，提供依据，同时为下一步机务管理工作奠定了良好的基矗
2、搞好维修厂“安全第一，文明生产”工作，针对维修车间设备老旧、保修设备落后的情况，利用班前班后会或在维修过程中对职工进行安全生产教育，使大家充分认识到只有安全才能促进生产的思想。并相应制定了安全生产制度，并与每位维修管理人员及修理工层层签定安全责任书，使每位职工都能使用好、维护好安全设施，从而达到每位职工都能在安全文明的环境中生产，为维修厂的正常运转创造良好条件。

10、加大车辆的保险投保力度，要求所有营运车辆都必须按照公司的有关规定足额进行投保，并安排专人负责管理。对车辆的保险情况逐车建档并上墙公示，以便掌握车辆的投保情况。对近期要到期的车辆以书面的形式和打电话的方式提前通知车主（驾驶员）及时投保，否则月底拿养路费时不予发放养路票。同时利用车辆二级维护的有利时机将手续扣留，力争做到不拖、不漏。通过一系列的监管措施，基本杜绝了车辆拖保、漏保现象。为行车中出现的事故风险提供了资金保障。
（三）认真做好保卫工作。
分公司院内单位多，车辆、人员流动大，进出频繁，管理难度大，如何做好保卫工作，保障公司财产不受损失，保持安全有序的工作环境，做好安全保卫工作至关重要。为更好地搞好保卫工作，对保卫人员制定了岗位责任制，同时利用各种形式经常对保卫人员进行责任心教育。严格坚持保卫工作制度，认真做好车辆的出入登记管理工作。发现问题及时处理。一年来院内没有出现公司财产被盗和重大事故的发生。有力地保障了公司的生产和工作秩序。
二、存在不足
回顾一年来自己为分公司做了一些应该做的工作，尽到了个人应尽的义务，但离上级的要求还相差一些距离，仍存在着问题和不足，具体表现在：一是安全肇事频率较高。二是安全管理制度的落实有待于进一步加强。直接影响到分公司工作的开展。制约了分公司质量目标的全面完成。
三、整改措施
针对工作中存在的不足，特制定以下措施：一是进一步加强驾驶员的管理，针对驾驶员流动大，技术水平不均的情况，细致进行建档立卡，分类管理，对技术水平不好，安全意识差的重点靠上抓，重点控制，重点检查，对不符合要求的驾驶员坚决不用，以此降低车辆肇事频率，确保车辆的行车安全。二是强化管理制度的落实，进一步加强车辆投保管理力度，对不能按时参加投保的车辆停止运行。坚决杜绝拖保、漏保现象的发生，努力达到足车，足额投保。为分公司的生产经营提供保障，促进公司经济健康发展。
四、下步打算
